Sorry for a really late update, caused a little by me being away then really busy and now the website has been giving me grief, but we'll give it a go.

Great to be back... I miss Camp America and not into the cold weather but otherwise loving being home. I'll stick a pic of me at camp at the end of this.

I've been to two trainings since I've been back, last weeks run session and the run/ski on Sunday. Not too many people attended either and we need to sort that out.

I'll write more soon but for now if you are coming to training from now on Tuesday night run will always be from Ocean Spa and the Sunday session with be 10am Run and 11am Ski, back to the norm until the change coming up in September.
