MEMBERSHIP - HOW DO I JOIN OBK?

• Complete your details in Membership book at the Club House
      
• Approach Ben Doggett or Patrol Captain
      
• Go online to Surf Lifesaving New Zealand website
     
• For more information contact Walter Aoake or Greg Larsen

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

• 400m pool swim in under 9 minutes
  
• Run / Swim / Run in the surf
  
• Resusitation/CPR  test
  
• Tube rescue test
  
• Theory examination
  
• Practical Surf Knowledge test
  
• 14yrs old and above

We run training courses for the above. 
If your swimming skills need improving - we can assist with swimming sessions.
