Surf Sports encompass many different disciplines - OBK has a comprehensive framework of training and support for everyone, from kids competing in Junior Surf through to Masters competing at Surf Nationals each year.
Once an athlete has turned 14 and attained their Surf Lifeguard Award they can compete at Senior Surf Sports events in the age groups of Under 16, Under 19 and Open. Competition provides an environment for surf lifeguards, coaches, team managers and officials to develop through opportunities such as courses, seminars, camps and tours.
Surf Sports offer a prime training ground for physical and psychological demands of saving lives in the surf.
